Electric Word: the story

Electric Word was admitted to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange on 29 March 2000. A prospectus produced for the company and published on 22 March 2000 is available to download here.

On 28th November 2003 we purchased Primary File Publishing, our most recent acquisition. At the end of May 2000 we made our first acquisition when Optimus Publishing joined the group. In July 2000 we announced our second deal with the purchase of Lottery Monitor Limited.
